Dubai: Dubai is set to add a new gem to its shopping scene with the opening of a new mall in the second half of 2026. This community-themed mall will be part of the Hartland development by Sobha Realty, marking the developer's entry into retail assets with a project costing Dh210 million.
The mall will span a built-up area of 339,000 square feet, offering a gross leasable area of approximately 115,000 square feet dedicated to 35 outlets, including F&B options. Additionally, the space will accommodate more than 10 dining options.
